Excellent location in the center of the St Louis Hill. Very clean and excellent communication with Joe. Fully equipped kitchen but the oven did not work and the microwave turntable ring and glass plate do not match. Although a very safe neighborhood, suggest that a lock be added to the back door. Would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity. Russ TN

Joe was very helpful as responsive . The house is clean and thoughtfully decorated . Comfortable beds. Close to lots of fun things. Since you are near the highway it is loud to sit outside but quiet inside.
We had a great time ataying in the Hill. This house was a perfect lottle BnB. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely want to stay jere again.
Cute Condo! Joe the host is amazing to work with
The view is absolutely unbeatable! Sitting on the lanai and looking out at the ocean is mesmerizing, you will not find a better view anywhere in the area! The unit is so well stocked with everything for comfort and convenience…from bathroom to laundry to beach chairs, snorkel gear, even a little ice chest. The kitchen is very well stocked and we were able to easily cook any meals we wanted to eat-in. Loved the icemaker! It makes perfect ice so fast … we love ice in everything. The location is near anything you’ll want or need… restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, everything is walkable. Beaches are a little different right now post-hurricane, but the sand and access will come back in time - you can still walk north or south to get to whichever you want.Joe is super responsive. If you have any questions or needs, he’s very helpful and answers quickly. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!
I really enjoyed my stay. Very clean place. The view was amazing. I'm definitely going to go there again if it's available. Thanks Joe!!!!
